A message from our founders
"The Social Project Ltd was born from a simple belief - that emotions matter, and that connection can heal.
After navigating burnout, grief, and the pressure to 'keep it together', we realised how many people silently carry their struggles - especially young people shaped by culture, family, and social media.
This project is a love letter to everyone who's ever felt unseen or overwhelmed. We want to build something real - a place where emotional intelligence, shared humanity, and slow, steady change are at the heart of everything.
Whether you’re a creative, coder, listener, or lifelong learner - there’s space for you here."

Projects
The Social Project Ltd
We're currently laying the foundations for The Social Project Ltd — a nonprofit initiative dedicated to emotional wellbeing, education, and community care.
Our early focus is on building a safe and inspiring space for individuals to explore their feelings, reconnect with themselves, and collaborate to grow stronger together.
More updates and initiatives will be shared here as we grow - stay tuned!
Project TS
Brothers in Balance (Pilot Program)
Brothers in Balance is a community-driven program designed to support emotional well-being through movement, connection, and shared experience.
Using boxing as a starting point, the program creates a space where individuals can build discipline, release stress, and reconnect with themselves and others in a healthy, supportive way.
As part of The Social Project, this is one of our first steps toward building more accessible support and meaningful pathways for emotional regulation, self-awareness, resilience and growth - particularly for young people, including young men, navigating stress, identity, and social pressures.
We’re Just Getting Started - Come Build With Us
We believe big change starts with small teams who care deeply. If you're a designer, coder, writer, educator, therapist, or just someone who wants to make a difference - we'd love to hear from you.
